Zanna Ekeroth

Hello! I’m a mountain-loving, community-building, climate justice-advocating immigrant and settler living, working and un/learning on unceded Syilx territory.

In my work, I draw from experience in areas such as equity & inclusion facilitation, nonprofit entrepreneurship, mentorship programming, climate activism, early childhood education and circular business modelling. By listening deeply and distilling clarity from complexity, I aim to facilitate change-making that is tangible, impact-oriented and steadfast.

I have learned that meaningful change is enacted by how we do things, not just what we do. As adrienne maree brown says; “what we practice at the small scale sets the patterns for the whole system.”

To build steadfastness in our collective journey towards a liberated future, I aim to cultivate mycelial networks of shared leadership and interconnectedness between different communities and movements.

Holding care and relationships at the center of the work I do, I am always curious to dive into participatory processes and collective problem-solving that help us find solutions anchored in deep trust, joy and redistribution of power.
